Ilfracombe is perfectly located for a sea-themed celebration, so in 2009 a group of local volunteers and businesses got together to create The Sea Ilfracombe Maritime Festival!

Following the huge success of last years festival, 2019 promises to be the biggest festival ever!

Over the weekend you will find activities for all ages. Again the festival is centred around the  Ropery Road Car Park. There are even more attraction this year at the Aquarium and the Harbour Masters Office plus of course lots of events and activities going on both on the Harbour beach and of course out on the water.
