Braunton is the gateway to the North Devon Coast AONB and Biosphere Reserve, noted for its special landscapes, including Braunton Burrows, Braunton Great Field and Braunton Marshes. This walk will take in the Braunton Beacon, the River Caen and St Brannocks Churchyard which are important habitats for a number of species of bats including the rare Greater Horseshoe Bat.
Participants must be pre booked to attend. The ascent to the Braunton Beacon includes a very steep slope. It is advised to bring a torch
