Join Braunton Countryside Centre bat experts for this guided walk to the Braunton Beacon
Braunton is the gateway to the North Devon Coast AONB and Biosphere Reserve, noted for its special landscapes, including Braunton Burrows, Braunton Great Field and Braunton Marshes. This walk will take in the Braunton Beacon, the River Caen and St Brannocks Churchyard which are important habitats for a number of species bats including the rare Greater Horseshoe Bat.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions spaces on this event are limited. Participants must be pre booked to attend. The ascent to the Braunton Beacon includes a steep slope.
